Our Moving-on book contains an easy to read and practical set of skills sheets, that can be worked through with a young person at their pace. 

Written by Rose and Lyn Butterworth who between them have over 40 years of experience of supporting children and young people. The book can follow the young person should they move on and remains a useful guide for them when they have left the care system. 

The skills sheets are designed so that you can tailor them to meet an individual young persons needs. Expand on them by carrying out your own research and researching with the young person. 

The comprehensive cooking programme guides a young person through all the basic cooking skills they will need, to be able to make healthy, affordable and balanced meals in the future.
